Republic Commando VS Geonosian Star Wars 3D Print

Personal project that I have been making in my free time, as a way to expand my 3d printing skills. Another opportunity was to utilize blender to render it in cycles. As a big fan of Republic commando and star wars weapon design, I have always felt that republic commando could have gone more into the kit bashing techniques seen in the film weapons. 
Some of the parts I reincorporated to a new design were as follows 
grip: STG 44 (the upper portion was widened and extended to fit the panel better) 
Rear Optics: Thompson lyman sight 
Magazine: Fg 42 with the ammunition indicator seen in Republic commando 
Charging handle: came from a PPD 40 and the spring and orientation are inspired by a sten gun 
Front optics: were inspired by semi modern/ cold war era grenade launcher irons
